Set up in a 25,000 sq.feet building on a 43,500 sq.feet plot with state of the art machineries and equipments as per international standards.
- We have a 100 seats Production unit to manufacture Aprx 50,000 - 60,000 pieces per month with infrastructure to increase capacity in a short period of time. Along with handing high fashion men's and Women's styles, we also have expertise in manufacturing Rugby and Football club merchandise.
- We have a seperate fully equipped sampling section with computerised pattern cutting machine.
- Highest quality standards are ensured in our lab equipped with wrap reel, landrometer, crockmeter and a washing machine with drier.
- All kinds of jerseys ranging from 100 Gsm to 420 Gsm; Ribs 1x1, 2x2, Flatback ribs & poiltale; Thermal fabric, Viscose, Modal, Bamboo, Nylon, Linen, Velvet, Terry, Waffle, Interlock plain and drop needle, Denim, All Kings yarn dyed, Cotton Satin, different kinds of blends like Cotton/Elastan, Cotton/Poly, Cotton/viscose, Single and double Mercerized , Burnout fabric , Polar Fleece Etc.
- Enzyme wash, Stone wash, Bio wash, Denim wash, Acid spray wash, Crinkle wash, Dry fit, Peach finishing, Anti-bacterial finish, Garment dyeing , Cold pigment dyeing, Water repellent finish etc .
